Thank you for ordering tickets online.
in order for your reservation to be complete, you MUST contact our office by phone to verify 956-761-4752 or 956-761-2764 during normal business hours. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP


  • Reservations can be made using our site, by phone, up to 48 hours before the tour.

  • You can also make the reservation in our street kiosk.

  • The reservation is subject to availability of place, calendar and weather conditions.

  • All tours are subject to conditions that are beyond our control, cancellations will be re-booked as soon as conditions allow

  • Refunds are subject to conditions and a possible 5% fee unless no re-booking is available

  • Reservation completed

  • The reservation is considered complete and confirmed after the final confirmation by the customer and payment made if previously requested by Isla Tours

  • Cancellations

  • In the event of any changes in the climate (winds, waves, tides or any natural phenomenon) that could jeopardize the safety of our customers or the difficult performance of the vessel, the reservation will be canceled or transferred to another possible date.

  • Other reasons of majeure force such as accidents, system failures or reasons that exceed us are also subject to cancellation.

  • In these cases, a refund (less any fees)  will be made if there is any type of payment made previously.

  • Meeting place and Departures

  • The usual meeting place is at our kiosk located in the Sea Ranch Marina at our docks

  • The time of the tours requires that the customer arrives 15 minutes before,(no exceptions) for the organization of the departure.

  • In the case of delay, we have a tolerance of 15 minutes and then we have to leave not to compromise the other tours.

  • If the customer does not attend, there is no refund if there is any payment made previously.
